BFP Manolo Fortich and NBSC Collaborate on Fire Safety Initiatives
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) of Manolo Fortich, led by Officer-in-Charge Chief SF02 Rafael I. Corona Jr., paid a courtesy call to Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) on January 31, 2025. This marked the continuous collaborative efforts to enhance the college’s fire safety awareness and preparedness.
The visit allowed both parties to discuss crucial fire safety measures, with a particular focus on the upcoming Fire Prevention Month. Discussions revolved around strategies for adequate fire prevention campaigns and activities within the NBSC community.
In addition to these initiatives, the BFP, accompanied by Mr. Fritchar Gevero, head of the NBSC General Services Office, conducted an informal inspection of the Student Welfare and Development Center. This proactive measure aimed to identify potential fire hazards and ensure that the building adheres to fire safety regulations, prioritizing the safety of students and staff.
